the Louisiana Society of Hearing Aid Specialists!
Membership runs annually each year from June 1
st
through May 31
st
. The cost is $125 per year for Members. Associate Membership is $50 per year. After August 30
th
there is a $50 late fee and the cost becomes $175.
Membership Categories:
Member (voting) - Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser in Louisiana
Associate Member (non-voting) - Audiologist, Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser (out-of-state), Other Hearing Industry Professional
