Melissa Maestas is a local business owner in Henderson, Nevada. She holds a bachelor's degree and is a Board Certified dispenser. Melissa had previously held a position on the Nevada Hearing Aid Specialists board and has been an active Hearing Instrument Specialist and mentor of other professionals. She was instrumental in the formation of the Nevada Hearing Society.

Sandi Arcus is a Dispensing Audiologist in Nevada. Being born with a hearing loss, Sandi has always had a passion for helping the hearing impaired. Sandi started her career in Pennsylvania as an audiologist in a busy ENT office, then in private practice. Sandi currently works at a hearing aid clinic in Henderson, NV, as well as providing audiological services for a local ENT. She takes a special interest in tinnitus and unilateral hearing loss. Sandi holds a Masters of Science degree in Audiology from Bloomsburg University, is a Fellow with the American Academy of Audiology, and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.
