My name is Mary Sue. I live in Marshfield, Wisconsin with my wonderful husband, Zebulon! I love hiking, swimming, painting and spending time with my sisters. I have been working in customer service all of my life and love interacting with people on a daily basis.
I began working at the Hearing House in 2015 as a part time patient care coordinator, which shortly turned in to full time. Over the months of being a PCC I became increasingly curious about how hearing aids work and how they could make such a difference for our clients. I didn't realize how prevalent hearing loss is in our society and ultimately our world! In May of 2016 I began studying and preparing to take the exam to become a hearing instrument specialist. I passed the examinations in Madison on July 11th, 2016! Being a part of the hearing health industry is by far the most rewarding thing I have ever done. It is a true joy to serve my clients as I strive to do the best that I can to help them hear better.
