Bruce Campagna, BC-HIS, BSSW
Indiana Hearing Aid Alliance, President 2018 - present
Bruce Campagna has been a member of the International Hearing Society for 29 years and has been Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences since 1989 and has been a member of the Indiana Hearing Aid Alliance/Indiana Hearing Aid Specialists Association since 1989.
Bruce credits his interest in helping people with hearing loss to his college experience at Rochester Institute of Technology, which is an NTID (National Technical Institute for the Deaf) campus. Graduating in 1975 with his Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work, Bruce became accustomed to hearing loss and hearing aids while at RIT. All RIT classes had sign language interpreters and many hearing impaired students lived in the dorms. Several were his TKE Fraternity Brothers who wore hearing aids.
This exposure to hearing aids and how they helped those with hearing loss inspired Bruce to join Miracle-Ear in 1984. Moving to Newburgh, IN from Herkimer, NY in1988, Bruce opened the first Miracle-Ear office in Evansville, IN and is now a Franchisee with 12 Full Time offices in SW Indiana, W. Kentucky and S. Illinois. He now resides in Santa Claus, Indiana with his wife LuAnn.
