Paul is a United States Marine Corps Veteran, and has been in the hearing aid industry since 1993. In that time he has worked as a dispenser, business owner, sales manager, sales trainer and has traveled the United States and Canada providing consumer education seminars. Paul is a member of the International Hearing Society, and the Minnesota Hearing Healthcare Providers, Inc. Currently he serves on the IHS State and Federal Advocacy Committee and is a n HID Exam proctor.

Richard FJ Caruso BC-HIS March 2018 - March 2020

Rich is a decorated 20 year US Navy Hospital Corpsman (Retired), spending most of his military career assigned as a medical asset to the United States Marine Corps. Rich trained as an Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) Technician in 1979, early in his military career. He has worked within the Veteran’s Administration as one of its first Audiology Technicians from 1998-2004. Rich has been a Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Dispenser since 2004. He has worked with a major manufacturer as well as with a Hearing Foundation. Since 2012 he has worked for Lucid Hearing, LLC. Rich sits on the Minnesota Hearing Instrument Dispenser Advisory Council and the Competency Review Board at the Minnesota Department of Health as well as being an HID Exam Proctor. Rich has been a member of the International Hearing Society since 2007 and member of Minnesota Hearing Healthcare Providers since 2009. Currently Rich sits on the IHS State Chapter Strategic Planning Committee and the IHS State Chapter Handbook Committee. Rich has visited over 60 countries, is active within the community, multiple Veteran’s Organizations, and is an avid motorcycle enthusiast. Rich is the proud father of three boys, and five grandchildren.

Taiha Wagner, BC-HIS March 2018 - March 2020
Taiha began her career in health care in 1989 as a nurse. She owned her own health coaching company for over 10 years, is a seasoned public speaker and has worked in the hearing aid industry since 2014. During that time Taiha has been a Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Dispenser, a Training Manager, and is now Operations Manager for Amplifon Americas where she focuses on industry best practices and process formulation. Taiha is a HID Exam Proctor and sits on the Speech-Language Pathologist and Audiologist Licensing Advisory Council at the Minnesota Department of Health. Taiha is a member of the International Hearing Society and Minnesota Hearing Healthcare Providers.

Renee entered the Hearing Healthcare Industry as a manufacturer's representative. The foundation of Renee's training came from the circuit designers and the software developers. This training enabled Renee to provide training and education to Dispensers across the United States. Renee has held her Certification to Dispense Hearing Instruments since 2009. Renee feels it is an honor and privilege to help others experience a more fulfilling life through better hearing health.

Jaime is a proud mother of two gorgeous children. She is a Combat’s Veteran’s wife and a third-generation Hearing Instrument Dispenser. Jaime is very active with her church and is also a Professional Musician. Jaime currently works for Lucid Hearing, LLC.

Greg is a Past President of MHHP. He is a Board-Certifed Hearing Instrument Dispenser who has been in the Hearing Instrument Dispensing business since 1974. Greg was born and raised in the great state of Minnesota.
