Message From the President:

 It is absolutely amazing how quickly time flies. We have already completed a third of another year. You are likely making your Memorial Day plans and looking forward to some well deserved R&R! I hope you thoroughly enjoy your time off. As the clock continues to roll on, it is my pleasure to announce plans for our next conference. 

This year we have chosen another fantastic destination and we have an amazing line up of talent. We have scoured the region to find a destination location (somewhere we WANT to go), facilities worthy of our esteemed association and remain cost conscious for our members. We all have to watch our pennies as prices continue to go up and up. 

Let's start with a great destination! We have planned for you an ocean front resort. Specifically Courtyard by Marriott Carolina Beach Oceanfront. 

As a Society we have negotiated and GUARANTEED attendance. Our rates are low because we guaranteed the hotel we will have so many reservations staying for a predetermined number of nights. You don't have to do anything special, other than reserve your room and let them know it is for the Carolina Hearing Care Conference. We need to be sure we get credit for your stay or the Society will pay AGAIN because it wasn't allocated to our conference. We have a wonderful conference in store for you. We are planning on having it over 3 days! We heard you want options...So we listened...You can come early and attend classes on Friday with the bulk of the hours on Saturday and have Sunday available for FUN at the beach OR you can start classes on Saturday and finish up on Sunday. It requires you only attend 2 days to receive ALL the hours you need for licensure.

We have scheduled our conference to be at one of the BEST times of the year. October 18th, 19th and 20th. This time of year is free of crowds and the weather typically is IDEAL and the water is still not cold.

We are finalizing our speakers and details but know we have a strong informative, educational and interesting line up. We look forward to seeing you in October, we have reserved a limited number of rooms so lock in your discounted rate before it's too late!
