Tinnitus Care Provider Certificate Workshop
Begin the first step to becoming a Tinnitus Care Provider Certificate Holder by attending the workshop. This workshop is designed for hearing healthcare practitioners to advance their knowledge and their practice to the next level, reaching a larger audience of patients and clients. The comprehensive curriculum focuses on tinnitus patient care involving physiology, psychology, measurement, management, and practice organization. Upon completion of the workshop, individuals may take the assessment in order to complete the Tinnitus Care Provider Program. The registration fee includes the two-day workshop, the participant guide, pre-workshop assignments, Dr. Tyler's book (Tinnitus Treatment: Clinical Protocols), participant resources, and 16 CE credits.
The $300 assessment fee is paid separately when making the examination appointment. The assessment must be taken within 30 days of the completion of the workshop.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- To be valid, IHS must receive notification of your cancellation in writing. Please email email@example.com to request a cancellation. A refund, minus a $50 processing fee, will be granted for cancellation requests received on or before October 1, 2022. A refund, minus a $100 processing fee, will be granted for cancellation requests received between October 2, 2022 and October 22, 2022. Beginning October 23, 2022, no refunds will be given. However, a substitute may attend.
